General Conditions
Receipt Required
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Condition of Items
Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exclusions
Any items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Policy
Personalized Items
Final Sale: All personalized apparel and uniforms (including any items with personal names, numbers, or any unique customization) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customized Items
Exchange or Store Credit: Apparel with generic customization (such as town names or school logos) can be exchanged for another size or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Customized and Non-Personalized Apparel
Full Refund: Non-customized and non-personalized apparel can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Sports Equipment
Full Refund or Exchange: Non-personalized sports equipment can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in new condition and with original packaging.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made between Black Friday and Christmas are eligible for return or exchange under these same policies until January 14th of the following year.
