Custom Apparel and Team Uniforms
Personalization: Custom apparel and team uniforms are personalized based on the information provided by the customer. Please ensure all customization details are accurate. We are not responsible for errors in customization information provided by the customer.
Final Sale: All personalized and customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns and Exchanges
Personalized Items: Personalized items (including custom apparel and team uniforms) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom Apparel: Items with generic customization (such as town names or school names) can be exchanged for another size or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Customized Items: Non-customized items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions: All returns and exchanges must be in new condition with original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Holiday Policy: Purchases made between Black Friday and Christmas are eligible for return or exchange under these same policies until January 14th.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: Leezar Sporting Goods is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Warranty: Our products are provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
